Bread gave me a place to slow down, build something with my hands, and stay connected to hope. What started as a simple process became discipline, creativity, and a reminder that real growth takes patience, consistency, and faith.

First Rise is rooted in recovery. Simple ingredients. Real time. Honest bread and goods made with care. The site is being prepared for live Stripe checkout, pickup scheduling, and daily bread inventory.

The Story Behind the Bread

First Rise is built around patience, structure, and honest work. The brand carries a recovery-rooted message and turns that into something real people can hold, share, and come back for.

Brand Foundation

My name is Nick, and First Rise came out of a season where I needed something real to put my hands to. Bread became structure, patience, and a creative outlet that gave me peace.

It taught me to slow down, stay with the process, and trust that steady work turns into something good. That is what First Rise is built on.

What This Site Is Being Built To Do

This site is being staged for automated ordering. Customers will be able to choose a pickup date, pay through Stripe, and automatically reduce the loaf count for that day. Bread will be inventory-controlled by day. Starter and shirts will also go through Stripe at launch.

You confirmed merch can be exchanged. I still need your exact bread/starter cancellation and refund rule for food orders.

Backend Setup Still Needed

To make this fully automated, the next build step is a backend that creates Stripe checkout sessions, listens for paid webhook events, updates inventory for the chosen bread date, stores orders, and powers an admin dashboard.

Do not put your Stripe secret key in the page code. That belongs in Cloudflare secrets only.
